Shelter: Summer 2023

The latest issue of Oregon Humanities has stories about Buddhism and mental health, Hasidic philosophy and marriage, family and refuge, the state of Oregon libraries, and the importance of home, both the kind we live in and the kind we build around us. The balance of this issue feels different from others in recent years. It’s the first issue in a very long time to have a majority of contributors be men, and also the first in a long time to have much kind to say about religion.
